Tour Plan
Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Errachidia – Erfoud – Sahara Desert
Start your journey from Fes after breakfast. Our first stop is Ifrane, known as the cleanest city in Africa. It is often called "Little Switzerland" because of its European-style houses. We'll visit a small park and the famous stone lion sculpture.
Next, we head to Azrou Forest, home to playful monkeys living freely in nature. After some time enjoying the forest, we continue to Midelt, famous for its apple orchards. Most people here are farmers, growing vegetables and fruits. We'll have lunch in a local restaurant.
After lunch, we drive through Errachidia and the breathtaking Ziz Valley, filled with lush palm trees. We then arrive in Erfoud, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. From here, you'll ride camels into the Erg Chebbi sand dunes. While on the camel trek, enjoy the stunning sunset over the dunes.
At the desert camp, you'll experience Berber music, sit around a cozy fire, and enjoy a sky full of stars. Sleep in a comfortable tent for a magical desert experience.
Day 2: Sahara Desert – Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Boumalne Dades
After breakfast, we leave the Sahara and head toward Tinghir, a town known for its beautiful palm groves and traditional mud-brick houses. We'll visit the famous Todra Gorges, a spectacular canyon with towering cliffs ideal for photos and exploration.
We will stop for lunch on the way before continuing to Boumalne Dades, passing through the Dades Valley. This area is known for its amazing rock formations and serene landscapes. You'll spend the night in a hotel in Boumalne Dades.
Day 3: Boumalne Dades – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, we leave Boumalne Dades and travel through the beautiful Rose Valley, famous for its rose products like perfumes and oils.
We then arrive in Ouarzazate, also called the "Hollywood of Africa" for its film studios where many famous movies were shot. After visiting the studios, we will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to explore the city before relaxing at your hotel or riad for the night.
Day 4: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
On this day, we drive through scenic villages to visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ancient kasbah is a famous filming location and features unique architecture. We'll explore the site before having lunch at a nearby restaurant.
After lunch, we continue our journey to Marrakech, where you can relax at your hotel or riad for the night.
Day 5: Explore Marrakech
On the final day of the tour, we'll explore the vibrant city of Marrakech with a local guide. You’ll visit top attractions like the Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa el-Fna Square, Majorelle Garden, and Bahia Palace.
