6 days tour from Casablanca to Marrakech

Our 6 days tour begins in Casablanca. After meeting at your hotel, we’ll start our journey towards Chefchaouen, a charming city nestled in the Rif Mountains. Along the way, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the green landscapes. Chefchaouen, located in northern Morocco, is famously called the Blue City because most of its houses are painted in blue. The tradition of painting houses blue started to keep mosquitoes away, but it has made the city unique and picturesque. Upon arrival, we will explore the city and learn about its culture and history. You’ll also have time to visit local cafes and restaurants, take stunning photos, and relax. We’ll spend the night in a cozy local riad or hotel.

You’ll wake up early, with breakfast served at 8:30 AM. We’ll then leave Chefchaouen and travel through the Rif Mountains towards Fes, a city in northeastern Morocco often referred to as the cultural capital of the country. On the way, we’ll visit Volubilis, an ancient Berber and Roman city near Meknes. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers a fascinating glimpse into Morocco’s history. When we arrive in Fes, you’ll have a short rest at your hotel or riad. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to explore the city at your own pace or relax. We’ll spend the night in Fes.

After breakfast, we’ll leave Fes and travel through the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop will be Ifrane, a charming town known for its snow in winter and cool summers. Next, we’ll visit the cedar forests of Azrou, where you can take photos with wild monkeys. After lunch at a small Berber restaurant in Zaida, we’ll continue through stunning landscapes, passing by Midelt and Erfoud, before arriving in Merzouga, home to Morocco’s largest sand dunes in Erg Chebbi. Here, you’ll experience a camel ride across the golden sands at sunset. At our desert camp, you’ll enjoy Berber music around a campfire, gaze at the stars, and unwind in the tranquil desert atmosphere.

After breakfast in the desert, we’ll begin our journey to Rissani, a town famous for its lively markets and delicious dates. From there, we’ll head to Tinghir, where you’ll explore the breathtaking Todgha Gorge with its towering cliffs. Next, we’ll drive to Boumalne Dades, located at the edge of the Dades Valley. This area is known for its unique rock formations and scenic views. You’ll spend the night in a traditional riad or hotel, enjoying the hospitality and charm of the region.

After breakfast, we’ll continue our adventure towards Marrakech. Our first stop will be Ouarzazate, where we’ll visit famous film studios and learn about the city’s connection to Hollywood. Next, we’ll explore the UNESCO listed Ait Benhaddou, an ancient kasbah made of mud-brick buildings. This site has been featured in several movies, including The Mummy and Gladiator. After lunch, we’ll drive through the winding Tizi n’Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains, admiring the dramatic views. By evening, we’ll arrive in Marrakech, known as the Red City. You’ll have free time to visit the lively Jemaa el Fna square, where street performers, snake charmers, and local artists create a vibrant atmosphere. Spend the night in a comfortable riad or hotel.

On the final day of our tour, enjoy breakfast before we transfer you to the airport in Marrakech (RAK) or Casablanca (CMN) for your departure. This marks the end of your unforgettable 6 days adventure through Morocco.
